Returns & Refunds
Business Customers: You have 3 days after delivery to report a problem, and 14 days to return goods.
Consumers (personal buyers): You have 7 days after delivery to report a problem, and 14 days to return goods.
- Returned Goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
- We do not accept a change of heart or a change of mind as reasons for returns.
- You must get a returns authorisation before sending anything back.
- The cost of return postage lies with the Customer and Consumer.
- No refunds on clothing that has been washed, worn, or altered
- No refunds on customised or altered goods
- No refunds on digital goods
- No refunds on electrical goods without return, an inspection and authorisation
- No exchanges under any circumstances
- Business customers: delivery charges are non-refundable
- Consumers: only standard delivery charges are refunded
- Goods damaged in transit or after delivery are not refundable
Force Majeure (Things Outside Our Control)
Neither side is responsible for failing to meet their obligations if it is caused by something completely out of their control — like natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes, or extreme weather.
Legal Stuff
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales
- Any legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
- If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms & Conditions still applies
- We can transfer our rights under this contract to any other party;
- You cannot transfer your rights under this contract without our written permission
